The Big House
The upstairs of the Big House features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, a living room/video center, and a huge covered deck with stunning lake views.
Downstairs is an events area available for rent for weddings/ reunions and other special occasions.

for up to 10 people.
Mono County classifies groups larger than 10 people as “Events”. Additional guests are therefore charged an additional fee of $20 per person for those that are staying overnight, or an additional fee of $10 per adult is for those guests that are coming in for a stay of fewer than six hours.
The Cabin
The remodeled cabin is one of the first buildings at the lake and features an old-style charm with knotty pine paneling, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and the kitchen along with heat from a fireplace. The family room opens to a huge open deck to enjoy the lake views.

for up to 12 people.
